Q: Can I add printing and/or embroidery to my order?

Yes, we have full print and embroidery service where you can add club logos, sponsor logos, name and numbers etc to your kit. See our customisation section for options.

Q: Where do I add my logo/customisation details?

Once you have selected your required customisation options, you can upload your logos and enter any details for names, numbers, initials etc.

Q: How long will my order take?

For non-customised orders, please allow 7 working days. For customised orders, please allow 2-4 weeks. In the event anything you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon possible.

Q: Can you offer a bulk order discount?

As a general rule we offer a 25% discount on all brands. If you are looking to place a large team order above £1000, please email info@mylamy.co.uk with your order requirements and we may be able to offer a further discount.

Q: How do I return items from my order?

Please fill out the returns form and a member of our team will send through your authorization once this request has been approved.

Q: Do you ship outside of the UK & Ireland?

Yes we can ship orders all over the world. If your order requires international shipping, please email info@mylamy.co.uk with the following details.
– Name, address (billing & delivery), contact telephone number.
– Full order requirements including any required customisation details if needed.
We will then provide you with a full quote including shipping costs.

Q: How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive email updates from us once the status of your order has changed. You can also check this through logging in to your account.

Q: How do I get a quote for an order?

The simplest way to do this is to add your required items to your cart to get an instant price. Alternatively, please email info@mylamy.co.uk with the full order details and a member of the team will get back to you.
